Is there intake software built specifically for ABA practices?

Yes. AI-based intake software extracts structured data from faxed and scanned referral packets without manual re-keying. Hipp Intake reads a multi-page packet and pulls out patient demographics, diagnosis codes, referring provider, insurance plan and group number, requested service and hours, and consent documentation. Hipp Intake then flags what's missing, such as an absent face sheet.
How do ABA practices automate insurance verification and prior authorization?
Automated verification works by checking eligibility in the background as referrals arrive, rather than staff calling payers or logging into portals case by case. How much does Hipp Intake cost?
Hipp Intake is priced per admitted patient, not per user or per location. You pay when a referral becomes an admission. There's no charge for seats, and no charge for leads that don't convert.
