We build software that gets work done for modern therapy practices.

Our mission is to take the administrative load out of healthcare and give providers time back to be with their patients, through an agentic platform built for how practices actually operate.

The problem

Legacy platforms are racing to bolt AI onto the same software that's held providers back for years.

A chatbot stapled to an old system doesn't fix the system — it just adds a new interface to the same dysfunction.

Providers don't need another feature. They need software that was actually built for how they work.

The layers of the Hipp platform

Why we built Hipp

So we started over. Hipp is AI-native from the data layer up — not retrofitted, not bolted on — which means it gets better every year instead of getting patched. We started with the specialties that needed it most: ABA, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and the mobile providers whose software has never kept pace with the job. From there, we built for every ambulatory practice that delivers care in the field, in a home, or anywhere outside a hospital's four walls.

What we believe

Trust

Healthcare data security isn't a feature to us — it's the baseline. Hipp is HIPAA-compliant, encrypted, auditable, and built so your patients' data is never a trade-off for better software.

Empathy

Software should put people first, especially in healthcare. Hipp is built so providers can give their full attention to the person in front of them, not the screen.

Intelligence

Healthcare has changed. It's time the software caught up. Our team has thoughtfully built an advanced AI-native platform that moves entire workflows forward for practices.

Our story

We spent the past few years shoulder to shoulder with providers across multiple specialties — in clinics, in patients' homes, on calls — learning exactly where the software gets in the way. What we found was ambulatory care settings with complex requirements and authorization processes, held back by tools that were never built for how they actually work. Hipp is what we built in response.
